All Bluwood doors are custom-made to order based on your exact specifications. Because each door is built specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Our Craftsmanship Guarantee

We stand behind every door we build. If we made an error in the construction of your door — including incorrect dimensions, hardware, or finish based on your approved order details — we will rebuild it at no cost to you.

To initiate a rebuild request, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your original order details. We'll review and get back to you promptly.

Please note that rebuild requests do not apply to changes in preference after the order has been placed, or damage caused during installation.
